Payment

Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the client.

Full days are generally up to 8 hours. Half days are up to 4 hours. Morning tours must finish by 13.00. Afternoon tours to start no earlier than 13.30.

Full payment is due in advance of the tour start date.
Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling via direct bank transfer or Stripe which incurs up to a 3% administration fee.

More than 14 days: 100% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
8-14 days: 50% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
4-7 days: 25% refunded (minus any admin charges incurred)
Less than 4 days: No refund

Insurance

Although The Liverpool Storyteller are covered by ITG insurance for the duration of the tour, clients are strongly recommended to purchase their own Travel Insurance.

Privacy Policy

Members of the The Liverpool Storyteller Newsletter (sent weekly) sign up knowingly, opting into the emails serviced by Mailerlite. If they did not sign up online they signed up by voluntarily giving their email addresses after a Liverpool Storyteller tour.

All personal data is protected and stored for the sole purpose of sending the The Liverpool Storyteller weekly newsletter with latest blog posts, updates and marketing. Personal data will never be shared with any third parties, ever.

As a member of the ITG, Guild of Tourist Guides and Associate of Professional Tourist Guides I additionally follow the T&Cs set out by them, not covered in the above text.
